Macphie Dark Chocolate Icing
5th Avenue Dark Chocolate Icing is a ready to use icing, containing fat-reduced cocoa powder, for decorating or filling all Doughnuts, Choux, Danish Pastries, Fudge Brownies, Cakes and Gateaux. It is fast drying, more freeze/thaw stable than fondant, and does not crack or harden.
Ingredients:
Sugar, Vegetable Oil (Rapeseed, Palm), Glucose Syrup, Water, Fat Reduced Cocoa Powder (5.5%), Emulsifiers (Mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, SOYA Lecithin), Salt, Preservative (Potassium sorbate), Flavouring.
