Macphie Strawberry Icing
5th Avenue Strawberry Flavour Icing is a ready-to-use fudge icing, containing strawberry flavouring, for decorating or filling all Doughnuts, Choux, Danish Pastries, Cakes and Gateaux. It is fast drying, more freeze/thaw stable than fondant, and does not crack or harden.
Ingredients:
Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Water, Vegetable Oil (Rapeseed, Palm), Flavouring, Colouring Food (Concentrate of Pumpkin, Apple, Beetroot), Emulsifiers (Mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, Sodium stearoyl-2-lactylate), Salt, Stabiliser (Agar), Preservative (Potassium sorbate).
