Defrost for refill on the day : Remove film and leave products flat in a tray at room temperature for 2h30. Maximum display 4 hours . Never defrost the products in the box and never pile the products while defrosting. Always defrost the products flat or in a tray. Always throw away your products after maximum display of 6 hours. These are guidelines only and are based on ambient conditions. Failure to respect guidelines and defrost time might results in serving products frozen/dry to your customers
