Storage:Keep Frozen at -18°C or below. Do not refreeze after thawing.Freeze and Thawing Guidelines:HANDLING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN: Remove required quantity from outer case. Do not remove wrapping. Allow to defrost at ambient temperature for approximately 2 to 3 hours. Before being placed on display a best before date must be applied to the wrapper. Do not display until fully thawed. Shelf life once defrosted: Day of defrost +2 days.

Best before date to be applied manually on front of pack maximum 72 hours from defrost OR if no best before date is applied, make sure product is only on shelf for 48 hours maximum after defrost to ensure the product is used within date. ‘Eat on day of purchase’ is to ensure the consumer eats the product within the shelf life
