Storage:Keep Frozen at -18°C or below. Do not refreeze after thawing.Freeze and Thawing Guidelines:HANDLING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN: Remove required quantity from outer case. Do not remove wrapping. Allow to defrost at ambient temperature for approximately 2 to 3 hours. Before being placed on display a best before date must be applied to the wrapper. Do not display until fully thawed. Shelf life once defrosted: Day of Defrost + 2 days.
