To heat: Remove film wrapper and place sausages into a preheated Hudson’s hot dog steamer and allow to heat for approximately 25 minutes or until a core temperature of +75°C is achieved or apply national equivalent. It is important that the hot dogs are stacked no more than two high in the steamer. A core temperature of +63°C must be maintained whilst the sausages are on display in the steamer.
