Oh come all ye faithful and stock up on the Country Choice Christmas lines, now available and ready to fuel winter sales.
New this year, a range of thaw and serve mince pies has joined the traditional bake off pies, making it even easier to get into the Christmas spirit. The first is the 37g value mince pie, a shortcrust pastry case with mincemeat filling, topped with a pastry lid. Two more pies have star-shaped lids and a sweet dusting. The 24g mini version and 55g full-size pies are generously filled with mincemeat and come in cases of 72 for the mini pie, and cases of 60 for the larger pie. All three shortcrust pies have a shelf life of seven days wrapped, or one day unwrapped after thawing. The fourth new thaw and serve mince pie is a premium all-butter product with a mincemeat filling of currants, raisins, sultanas, nibbed hazelnuts, cherries, apricot and brandy. The 76g pie has a shelf life of two days wrapped and one unwrapped, and comes in cases of 24.
Also added to the Christmas list, a thaw and serve gingerbread muffin, studded with crystallised ginger pieces, packed with a ginger-flavoured filling, and topped with icing and a mini sugar gingerbread man. The 125g muffin has a shelf life of two days wrapped, one unwrapped, and comes in cases of 24.
Of course, it wouldn’t be Christmas without Country Choice’s range of Christmas pastries, bake off mince tarts, and its ever popular hero products such as the Cherry & Almond Mincemeat Tart, Linzer Biscuits, Festive Friends confectionery, and mini Christmas Gingerbread Biscuits. Don’t forget too, the gluten-free mince pies and iced fruit cake.
