Oven Cooking Instructions
COOKING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN: Place cookies on a non-stick or lined baking tray at least 10cm apart as they will expand whilst baking. Please note: the unbaked products may have white spots on the surface, these are excess moisture spots and disappear once baked. Bake for 13-15 minutes at 155°C (fan assisted). Once baked, allow to cool until the cookie sinks down and becomes firm. Note: On removing cookies from oven, the cookies will look under baked, however will continue to bake whilst the tray cools down. It is therefore essential that the cookies are not moved before they are totally cooled so as to avoid damage. Shelf life once baked: Unwrapped: 2 days, Wrapped: 3 days.
