HANDLING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN Remove required quantity from outer case. Ensuring that the product is covered, allow to defrost at ambient temperature for approximately 1 to 2 hours. Once defrosted, place the required quantity into your chosen packaging. Using the labels provided, write the quantity, price and the best before date on the label and apply to packaging. Do not display until fully thawed. Shelf life once defrosted : Day of defrost + 1 day.
