Oven Cooking Instructions
Cooking Instructions from Frozen: Always bake from frozen. Remove the required amount from the outer case and place on lined, solid baking trays allowing 4 to 5cm of space around each product. Pre-heat oven to 190oC (conventional) or 180oC (fan assisted) and bake for 20 - 25 minutes. A core temperature of +82oC must be achieved before the product is removed from the oven. If displaying ambient, the product must be allowed to cool in ambient conditions for 1 hour before bagging. Ensure clean tongs are used for handling cooked product. Product must be displayed in a sealed bag. If displaying hot this product must be transferred immediately to a pre-heated display that will maintain a core temperature of +63oC or higher. Shelf life once baked: Ambient -12 hours. Hot - 4 hours.
