Oven Cooking Instructions

COOKING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN: Place cookies on a non-stick or lined baking tray at least 2" apart as they will expand whilst baking. Bake for 12-13 minutes at 155°C (Electric Single-Phase oven) / 11-13 minutes at 155 °C (Electric Three-Phase Oven), or until golden brown around the edges. Once baked, allow to cool until the cookie sinks down and becomes firm. Note: On removing cookies from oven, the cookies will look under baked, however will continue to bake whilst the tray cools down. It is therefore essential that the cookies are not moved before they are totally cooled so as to avoid damage. Shelf life: Unwrapped: 2 days, Wrapped: 3 days.
