Handling instructions
HANDLING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN Remove the required quantity of product from outer case and allow to defrost at room temperature for two hours. Remove product from packaging and place onto a baking wire allowing a 2cm gap and bake at 180ºC for 3 minutes. Allow product to cool. Once cool roll each doughnut in caster sugar and package ready for sale. Do not display until fully thawed. Shelf life once defrosted : 1 day.
