Paysan Breton Le Brie au lait pasteurise
This soft wheel of creamy French Brie is a pale, chalky colour and is protected by its downy rind, allowing the centre to become runnier as the cheese matures. Pale grey-coloured with an edible white rind, Brie is a soft cow's milk cheese with a rich and creamy texture and mild flavour. Ideal served on cheese boards, or in sandwiches and paninis.
