OVEN COOKING GUIDELINES FROM DEFROST Remove from outer packaging packaging. Place product on a baking tray in a pre-heated fan assisted oven at 200°C/ Gas mark 6 for approximately 15 to 20 minutes. Place product on a baking tray in a pre-heated fan assisted oven at 200°C/ Gas mark 6 for approximately 30 to 35 minutes.
