COOKING INSTRUCTIONSCooking SauceHob• Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a hot frying pan• Add diced chicken / protein of choice / sliced vegetables and stir fry for 2-3 minutes• Add Sweet and Sour sauce, stir and simmer for 10 minutes (or until protein is thoroughly cooked)Oven• Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a hot frying pan• Add diced chicken / protein of choice / sliced vegetables and stir fry for 2-3 minutes• Transfer to an oven proof dish and add Sweet and Sour sauce, stir and cover• Cook in a preheated oven at 180ºC/350ºF/Gas Mark 4 for 30 – 35 minutes until protein is thoroughly cooked.Pour Over SauceHob• Cook meat / fish of choice as per cooking instruction• Heat the Sweet and Sour sauce in a saucepan over a medium heat for 2-3 minutes• Pour over the cooked meat / fish and serve.Check food is piping hot before serving.
