Using langoustine tails caught in Scottish waters (like all of our scampi), this product contains whole tails which are peeled, coated, frozen and packed in the UK. Made from more than one whole langoustine tail with added water. Fully prepared coated in crispy breadcrumbs, ready to deep fry from frozen. In free-flow bags to minimise waste. Scampi is a traditional British favourite, and our coated scampi is all made from Scottish langoustine tails.
