Oven Cooking Instructions
Reheating guidelines from frozen: always heat from frozen. Oven: place frozen products evenly spaced (leaving a 2cm gap between each product) onto a solid lined baking tray and place into a preheated oven at 180°c and bake for 15 to 18 minutes. Or until core temperature 82°c. Microwave: reheat on high setting in a 1.0kw oven for approx. 2 minutes 30 seconds. A core temperature of 82°c must be achieved before the product is removed from oven. Transfer product immediately to a pre heated display that will maintain a core temperature of 63°c or higher. Shelf life hot 4 hours. All cooking appliances vary in performance, these cooking instructions are guidelines only.
