Handling instructions
To serve cold: Allow to thaw in a refrigerator for approximately 24 hours. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours. Do not refreeze after thawing.
Food Safety Tips
This product can be served cold. If reheating, heat through and serve immediately. Cooking times may vary. Although every care has been taken to remove all bones some small bones may remain.

Oven Cooking Instructions
OVEN COOKING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN Remove from packaging. Place product on a baking tray in a pre-heated fan assisted oven at 200°C/Gas mark 6 for approximately 12 minutes. Turn once half way through cooking.
Microwave Cooking Instructions
MICROWAVE GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN Remove from packaging. Place on a plate and cover with cling film. Microwave on a high setting in a 1.3kw oven for approximately 1 minute allow to stand for 1 minute.
