Cuts of delicate MSC salmon combined with rich mozzarella, potato, lemon and dill. Encased in a crunchy panko-style crumb and flash-fried. Suitable for 3-way cooking - oven bake, grill or deep fry from frozen. Fish cakes are a firm British favourite.
