Oven Cooking Instructions
Handling Guidelines: Place the required quantity of rashers onto a lined, solid baking tray. Preheat oven to 190°C and bake for 8-10 minutes. A core temperature of +82°C must be achieved before the product is removed from the oven. This product must be transferred immediately to a preheated display that will maintain a core temperature of +63°C or higher. Shelf Life Hot: 2 hours.
