Shallow Fry From Frozen: Pre-heat a little oil in a frying pan. Fry the sausages over a medium heat for 12-15 minutes, turning frequently.
Grill Instructions
Grill From Frozen: Place sausages under a pre-heated moderate grill for 12-15 minutes turning frequently.

Pre-heat a little oil in a frying pan. Fry the sausages over a medium heat for 12-15 minutes, turning frequently. Grill: Remove all packaging. Place sausages under a moderately preheated moderate grill for 12-15 minutes, turning frequently. Ensure the food is piping hot before serving.
