Real Dairy Ice Cream - chocolate flavoured ice cream, made with fresh milk and cream.
Ingredients:
Whole MILK (54%), whipping CREAM (17%), sugar, dark chocolate (5%), chocolate flakes (5%), MILK solids, fat reduced cocoa powder, glycerine, emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), stabilisers (sodium alginate and guar gum). Dark chocolate contains cocoa mass, sugar, emulsifier (SOYA lecithin), vanilla extract. Cocoa Solids: 70% minimum. Chocolate flakes contain sugar, cocoa liquor, cocoa butter, emulsifier (SOYA lecithin), natural flavouring (vanilla). Cocoa Solids: 36% minimum.
