Yes, if you’re eligible for mySysco rewards you can register to take part as soon as you receive confirmation that we have set up a www.countrychoice.co.uk account log in for you. Please make sure you’ve opted in to receive Marketing Communications from us including email.

Simply log into your www.countrychoice.co.uk account and click the mySysco rewards button at the top of your www.countrychoice.co.uk navigation bar to get started. You’ll find it next to your www.countrychoice.co.uk log in button.
No, simply log into your www.countrychoice.co.uk account and click the mySysco rewards button in your top navigation bar on www.countrychoice.co.uk to visit your mySysco rewards homepage any time.
Linking your accounts is easy. The first time you register for mySysco rewards, you’ll be asked which of your accounts you’d like to link to earn cashback on. To link your accounts, click the ‘available to link’ button shown, or you can link all of them at the same time, using the ‘link all’ button. Once you’ve linked all the accounts you want to earn cashback on, simply click the ‘submit’ button.

Activating the offers you want to take part in is easy. Simply visit your ‘My Offers’ page which is accessed from mySysco rewards homepage and click the ‘activate offer’ button shown next to each offer. Alternatively, you can click the ‘activate all’ button to activate all your offers at the same time. You’ll start receiving cashback on any eligible Country Choice orders until the date the offer expires as shown.
You can redeem your cashback as Country Choice credit, buy gifts or make charity donations at mySysco rewards store. Don’t forget, if you’ve seen something you want and you don't quite have enough cashback, you can top up or pay in full using your debit or credit card.
You can keep track of your cashback balance on your mySysco rewards homepage. We’ll send you a monthly balance update too.
You can see the latest view of what you’ve spent your cashback on from your ‘My Orders’ page accessed from your mySysco rewards homepage. You’ll see a list of all the redemptions you’ve made.
No, but all we ask is that you use your mySysco rewards account at least once in a 12-month period. To use your account simply visit your mySysco rewards homepage and activate at least one offer. If you don’t, your account will be deactivated after 12 months, and you’ll lose any cashback earned at that point. You can reactivate your account at any time by contacting the mySysco rewards team at: mysyscorewards@therewardscentre.com who will be happy to assist you.
