Oven Cooking Instructions
COOKING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN Always bake from frozen. Remove the required amount from the outer case and place on lined, solid baking trays allowing 4 to 5cm of space around each product. Pre-heat oven to 190oC (conventional) or 180oC (fan assisted) and bake for 20 - 25 minutes. A core temperature of +82oC must be achieved before the product is removed from the oven. Once baked this product must be transferred immediately to a pre-heated display that will maintain a core temperature of +63oC or higher. Shelf life once baked: Hot - 4 hours.

FILLING: Water, Vegetarian Cheddar Cheese (10%) [Milk, Salt, Starter Culture, Rennet, Colour (Annatto Norbixin)], Potato, Onion (5%), Dried Potato, Regato Cheese (1%) (Milk, Salt, Rennet, Starter Culture), Potato Starch, Salt, Stabiliser (Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose), Mustard Powder, White Pepper, Onion Powder. 

TOPPING: Breadcrumbs [Wheat Flour (with Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Yeast, Wheat Gluten, Salt, Emulsifier (Mono- and Di-Acetyl Tartaric Acid Esters of Mono- and Di-Glycerides of Fatty Acids), Flour Treatment Agent (Ascorbic Acid)], Regato Cheese (1.5%) (Milk, Salt, Rennet, Starter Culture), Potato Starch.

GLAZE: Water, Dextrose, Colours (Carotenes, Paprika Extract).
