Online Ordering

What do I need to start ordering online?

You need a PC or tablet that is connected to the Internet, which is able to browse using any standard browser. 

How do I sign up to Online Ordering?

To sign up for Online Ordering simply fill in the registration form here, we will then email your username and password directly to the email address that you provided.

Is there any training?

There is a quick start user guide that takes you through placing an order and some of the features that will make it easy to use in a way that is best for you.

Does it show my pricing?

Your agreed pricing for products is shown online, though contract prices are not differentiated in any way.

Are promotions available?

Yes, all promotional prices are applicable if relevant to your account, they can be found under the promotions tab and prices will be applied during the ordering process.

What if a product is out of stock?

If an item is out of stock and an auto-sub has been setup, the substitute will be applied and highlighted on the order confirmation. You will then have the option to reject the substitute if it's not appropriate. 

How do I reset my password?

If you need to reset or have forgotten your password, simply click 'Forgotten Password' on the Online Ordering homepage.

Is there any support?

Yes, there is a dedicated Customer Service team available 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday.


My oven is not working. Who do I contact?

Please contact the equipment department on 0344 8920 399.

I have a problem with my in-store printer. Who do I contact?

For code queries please contact your Fieldsales Representative. For technical problems with the in-store printer, please contact SATO on 01255 24000.


How do I order shelf edge labels (tickets), promotional posters, till cards and shelf talker forms?

You can contact your Fieldsales Representative, contact the marketing department on 0344 8920 399 or order online here.

How do I order bespoke point of sale?

Standard point of sale is available to order here. For bespoke point of sale please contact your Fieldsales Representative for more information.

Is there a minimum order for deliveries?

The minimum order for delivery is £60. This value can be made up across all food products, packaging, ice cream and food safety items. All this is delivered on a composite order.

Can I pay by credit card?

We do not have the facilites to handle transactions by credit card payments. This may change in the future.

Can I buy online?

Yes, click on the order online icon at the top of the screen.

Do you deliver locally?

We make scheduled, daily deliveries throughout mainland UK.

Are the products delivered at the correct temperature?

All products are delivered on the same multi-temperature vehicles. You may request a print out to confirm the temperature of your order as soon as it is delivered.


Can I collect my order from you?

No, your products are delivered straight to your store.

I’ve run out of Funtime labels. How do I order more?

The correct number of labels are provided in the product case you receive. If no labels are found in the case, please contact your Telesales Operator.

Why is my product not baking properly?

If your product is not baking properly there could be a fault with your oven. Please contact the equipment department on freephone helpline 0344 8920 399, who will arrange for an engineer to come and inspect the oven.


How do I open an account with Country Choice?

Please contact us on our freephone number 0344 8920 399 and we will arrange for a Fieldsales Representative to visit your store to discuss account terms.

I would like a demonstration of how to bake products.

You can visit our academy in Orpington or arrange for a Foodservice Trainer to visit your premises. Please contact your Telesales Operator or Fieldsales Representative to arrange a suitable date.

How do I get started with an In-store bakery or Food-To-Go operation?

Please contact your Fieldsales Representative who will visit your premises and talk through the necessary procedures and requirements.

Is there a manual I can use for reference on baking products, health & safety, etc?

We have guides written specifically to accompany our in-store training sessions which serve as a comprehensive reference library.

What do I need to do if I have issues regarding product, delivery, and equipment or in-store printers?
