Are the products delivered at the correct temperature?
All products are delivered on the same multi-temperature vehicles, which keep all products at the right temperature for them. You may request a print out to confirm the temperature of your order as soon as it is delivered.

We make scheduled, daily deliveries throughout mainland UK.
Can I collect my order from you?
No, your products are delivered straight to your store.
Is there a minimum order for deliveries?
The minimum order for delivery is £80. This value can be made up across all food products, packaging, ice cream and food safety items. All this is delivered on a composite order.
Can I pay by credit card?
Customers are able to store a credit or debit card as the payment method against their account.
Orders placed against the account will automatically be debited from the card, with payment being taken on the morning of delivery.
Any subsequent credits will be refunded back to the allocated card within 3 working days.
To add a card to your account, simply navigate to the My Details page and scroll the the 'My Payment Card' section.
