Gyozas

Gyozas are dumplings made from thin dough, filled with ground meat and/or vegetables. Typical fillings consist of ground pork, chives, green onion, cabbage, ginger, garlic, soy sauce and sesame oil. The dough is made from wheat flour and water rolled into thin wrappers.

Originating from China and quickly becoming popular throughout Japan and other parts of South East Asia, gyozas were typically found in Ramen shops and Asian restaurants but are now becoming a popular go-to food within the UK high street.
