Cooking instructions
Oven Cooking Instructions
Cooking Guidelines (all ovens may vary): Cook from frozen. Bake in a pre-heated oven for approximately 35 minutes at 200°C, Gas Mark 6 or approximately 35 minutes at 180°C in a fan assisted oven. A core temperature of +82oC must be achieved before the product is removed from the oven. Once baked this product must be transferred immediately to a pre-heated display that will maintain a core temperature of +63oC or higher. Shelf life once baked: Hot - 4 hours.
