Oven Cooking Instructions
OVEN COOKING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN: Always bake from frozen. Remove the required amount from the outer case and place on lined solid baking trays. Allow 4-5 cm of space around each product. Pre-heat oven to 190°C (3 tray oven) or 180°C (4 tray oven) and bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown. A core temperature of +82ºC must be achieved before the product is removed from the oven. If displaying hot this product must be transferred immediately to a pre-heated display that will maintain a core temperature of +63ºC or higher. Shelf life once baked: Hot - 4 hours.
